The app shows the estimated time, potential reward, and your share before you begin.

Choose a Survey
Open Tasks in the Unetwork app. Available Surveys appear when a study matches your location and eligibility.

Confirm the fit
Some Surveys open immediately. Others begin with a few screening questions to confirm that the study is right for you.

Share your answers
Complete the Survey in one session where possible. Read carefully and answer honestly and consistently.

Track your reward
Completed Surveys move to Pending while the provider validates your answers. Approved UP is then added to your available balance.
Before you start
- Active license
- Your device needs a bound Unetwork license that you own or lease.
- Eligible study
- The Survey must match your location and profile, with places still available.
- Regular connection
- Use mobile data or home internet. VPNs, proxies, and data-centre connections are blocked.
Rewards and approval
See the potential reward before you answer.
Completed Surveys remain Pending until the provider approves your answers. For a leased license, the UNO/ULO split at completion still applies even if the lease expires before approval.
Approved rewards are usually credited at the end of the following month, so validation can take around 30–60 days. Submissions that do not pass review are not credited.

Why can’t I see any Surveys?
There may be no active study matching your location or profile, or the available places may already be filled. Check again later.
What does “Not a match” mean?
You did not qualify for that particular study. The Survey ends before the main questions, no reward is generated, and it does not count against you.
What happens if I leave a Survey unfinished?
An unfinished Survey does not earn a reward. New offers may also pause temporarily, usually for around three times the Survey’s estimated length.
